JOIN FREE OUTDOOR ADVENTURE AT ADDISON OAKS COUNTY PARK

  Oakland County Parks and Recreation hosts an Outdoor Adventure day Addison Oaks County Park on Saturday, July 14.
  “This is a great opportunity for families to get outdoors and try new activities they’ve never done before, spend the day with us and cap the fun off with live music in the evening, ” Parks Supervisor Boyd Brokenshaw said.
Participants at the free event can take a hayride shuttle; visit the Huron Clinton Metroparks Mobile Learning Center; and jump on the inflatable bouncers from 2 – 6 p.m. Get Outdoors! Adventure units including Go! Bike, Go! Cache and Go! Paddle will be on hand for biking, geocaching and boating fun.
  Kosch Catering will provide specially priced lunch and dinner options from 2 – 8 p.m.
in addition to items such as pop, water, snacks. Live music follows at 8 p.m.
  Addison Oaks County Park is located at 1480 West Romeo Road in Leonard. A daily pass or 2012 annual vehicle permit is required for park entry and can be purchased on the day of the event.
