Walking and biking are heart-healthy! They encourage family communication and offer opportunities for outdoor learning.

Walk, jog, skate or hike miles of natural and paved trails at Addison Oaks, Groveland Oaks, Highland Oaks, Independence Oaks, Lyon Oaks, Orion Oaks, Rose Oaks and Waterford Oaks.

Dogs are welcome on trails (except at Lyon Oaks), but must be on a six-foot leash at all times (unless inside the Dog Parks at Lyon Oaks or Orion Oaks).  Equestrian trails are availabe at Addison Oaks, Highland Oaks and Rose Oaks.
