Description:
Children with disabilities can experience the world from a new perspective seated beside an experienced pilot in a light airplane with the company of a family member or friend.
Participants will learn about airplanes and how they fly and enjoy refreshments and fun activities before they gently escape gravity and soar into the sky for a bird's eye view of Michigan's countryside.
Each participating individual with a disability receives a Dreams and Wings T-shirt, gold aviator wings and commemorative flight certificate.
Flights are limited and participants are chosen by a lottery drawing. Register by June 15 to be placed in the lottery. Lottery is June 16 and chosen participants will be notified via e-mail by June 18.
Remaining applicants will be placed on a waiting list in case of cancellations. Registration submission does not guarantee your reservation.
