Cabins

Four-Person Cabins

  • $70/night, up to four persons and one vehicle; $5/second vehicle.
  • $5/night for one extra person (under age of 12).
  • $8 reservation fee charge.
  • $250/5-day vacation package (Sunday - Thursday).

    Package includes:     Two-all-day waterslide passes (Groveland Oaks only), one 30-minute pass for use of four-passenger pedal boat, and two one-hour mountain bike rentals (Addison Oaks only).
  • $300/7-day vacation package (Friday - Thursday).

    Package includes: Four all-day waterslide passes (Groveland Oaks only), two 30-minute passes for use of four-passenger pedal boat, and four one-hour mountain bike rentals (Addison Oaks only).

Six-Person Cabins

  • $100/night, up to six persons and one vehicle; $5 second vehicle.
  • $5/night for one extra person (under age 12).
  • $8 reservation fee charge.
  • $400/5-day vacation package (Sunday - Thursday).

  • $500/7-day vacation package

A weekend reservation must include, as a minimum, both Friday and Saturday nights.

Cabins may not be rented for more than 14 consecutive days.

Upon arrival, a $50 cash deposit will be required. If no damage is done, the $50 deposit will be returned at the time of departure, after inspection has been completed. Please allow a minimum of 30 minutes notification for staff inspection. Departure must immediately follow inspection.

Cancellations

  1. Reservation may be cancelled by mail, phone or in person at the Parks Office (see #2 and #3 below).
  2. If notice of cancellation is received at least 30 days prior to beginning of reservation period, all charges except reservation fee will be refunded.
  3. If notice of cancellation is received less than 30 days prior to beginning of reservation period, the rental party forfeits the reservation fee and the minimum two nights cabin fee.
  4. Confirmed reservations will be held until 9 p.m. unless the park is notified of late arrival. If cabin is not occupied by 9 p.m. and Park is not notified of late arrival, this will result in forfeiture of reservation and all monies.
  5. Reservations cannot be exchanged or transferred to another party or date.

Amenities
  • 4-person cabins feature 2 bunk beds.
  • 6-person cabins feature 2 bunk beds and 1 double bed.

All cabins include:

  • Night stand and mirror
  • Table and chairs
  • 3 cu. ft. refrigerator
  • Electricity (interior and exterior)
  • Smoke detector
  • Fire extinguisher
  • Broom and dust pan
  • Outdoor campfire area
  • Outdoor cooking grill
  • Picnic table

Cabins do not include:

  • Bedding (linen, pillows, sleeping bags)
  • Bathrooms (within 1/4 mile)
  • Showers (within 1/4 mile)
  • Water (within 100 yards)
  • Cooking stove, utensils, related supplies
Rules
  • No pets or smoking allowed for any cabin rentals.
  • Cooking is not permitted inside cabins. No exceptions.
  • Gas/portable heaters not allowed.
  • Cabins must be cleaned before leaving and left in the same condition as found.
  • All Oakland County Parks rules and regulations must be followed.
  • The Parks staff may remove from a cabin any individual or party who is in violation of any Oakland County Parks rules and regulations. If there is no damage to County property by an evicted group, a cancellation fee will be deducted from a refund for the unused time at the discretion of the park manager or assistant manager.

 Reservations
Reservations

Call 248.858.1400 to reserve cabins. Telephone reservations are also accepted for 48 select individual campsite at each park. 

All reservations must be received no later than 7 days prior to first day of scheduled arrival.

You are guaranteed a cabin upon arrival. A weekend reservation must include, as a minimum, both Friday and Saturday nights (Memorial Day - Labor Day).

A reservation for Memorial Day, Fourth of July or Labor Day weekends must include the entire holiday weekend, as determined by the Park Supervisor.

A separate application must be submitted for each period of time desired.

Check out time is 11 a.m. -- no exceptions.

Cabin may not be available for occupancy prior to 3 p.m. on arrival date. A renewal beyond the initial reservation cannot be guaranteed.

Two cabin sizes available: 4-person and 6-person; one additional person allowed if under age 12 (no additional bed provided). All persons must be 18 years of age or older (proof of age required) or accompanied by parent.
