Camping at Addison, Groveland and Independence Oaks

Addison Oaks and Groveland Oaks offer rental cabins, modern and group campsites. Independence Oaks offers camping for organized youth groups only, at Camp Wilderness. 

4-Person Cabin*

• $70/night (Friday and Saturday nights can't be split)

• $100/night (Friday and Saturday nights can't be split)

  Deposit of one night camping fee per unit (minimum of 10 units) required at time of reservation. The following  rates will be charged for balance of nights camped.

Independence Oaks

"Camp Wilderness" provides (overnight camping for affiliated youth groups only; advance reservations required.  Minimum of 2 adults and 10 youths.)

Weekdays (Monday-Thursday)

• $20+ $6/person (Regular rate)
• $15+ $4/person (Oakland County resident discount rate)

Weekends (Friday-Sunday)

• $30+ $6/person (Regular rate)
• $25+ $4/person (Oakland County resident discount rate)

Price includes: Vehicle entry, one group area with two or four platform tents (2-4 cots each), heated modern bathhouse with showers and restrooms, water, electricity, pavilion, charcoal grills, fire rings, flag poles, picnic tables and trash containers.

Additional charge for security, at current overtime rate, when requested. Adequate adult supervision must be provided, in accordance with park policy.

Addison, Groveland and Independence Oaks unless noted.

Sanitary Sewer Station
No charge for those camping. Non-campers: $10/unit
On-site disposal (Honey Wagon) $10/unit; Addison Oaks and Groveland Oaks.

Recreation Equipment
$1 per hour; $10 deposit (volleyball, soccer ball, horseshoes, etc.)
