Shiawassee River Heritage Water Trail
Seven miles from Water Works Park in Holly, Michigan to Strom Park in Fenton, Michigan. There are mile markers, interpretive signs, parking, and are working on a mid-point take out at Fish Lake Road.

Huron River Water Trail
Starts in Proud Lake State Recreation Area and goes all the way to Kensignton Metropark (in Oakland County). Continues all the way to Lake Erie, with a few portages along the way. (See: HeavnerCanoe.com)

Auburn Hills, Michigan to Rochester, Michigan. The route for the annual Paddlepalooza event.
