Wint Nature Center

The Nature Center invites residents and regional visitors to explore and attend on-site programming and special events. Nature interpretive staff will be on site for scheduled programs and events.

The Wint Nature Center provides hands-on natural history exhibits as well as a feeding station viewing area. Year-round educational programs are conducted by parks system's natural resources staff. Community outreach and specialized nature programs include StarLab, Nature Discovery and Scout Badge Days.

Field Trips can be scheduled for groups of 15 or more.

Open year round, approximately 30 minutes before sunrise to 30 minutes after sunset, or as posted at park entrance.

Closed Mondays
Naturalist services available by appointment, year-round, Tuesday-Saturday and select Sundays.

Fees & Permits

Daily or annual vehicle permit required (available at the park). View park fees and purchase permits online.
