Camp Wilderness at Independence Oaks

Camp Wilderness at Independence Oaks County Park near Clarkston offers group camping. Organized groups, such as scouts, churches, day camps, etc., can camp overnight seven days from April - November. Special arrangements can be made for winter camping.

Please note that Oakland County Parks and Recreation staff routinely photographs and videotapes guests enjoying Oakland County Parks, facilities, events and equipment. These images may be used in print, visual presentations and on the website to promote the parks system.
