Independence Oaks Playgrounds

Independence Oaks Park information.

Hidden Springs Beach features two new play structures for kids ages 2 - 5 years, and 5 - 12 years, just completed in November 2013.

In addition to swings (eight total; four with molded bucket seats and harness) for all ages, The playground for 5-12-year-olds offers a variety of play experiences with several slides, many climbers, and an Oodle Swing (think tire swing).

The play structure for 2-5-year-olds features several slides and climbers, and a We-saw (multi-seat see-saw).

Plan your next picnic at the pavilion adjacent to the Moraine Knoll playground. This play structure is sure to delight your kids with two climbers, two slides and four swings. Located north of River Loop Trail.










Enjoy peaceful, natural surroundings at Independence Oaks while your youngsters climb, swing and slide in the Pine Grove playground. The area features two slides and four swings with parking and restrooms nearby. Play structure is located just west of the park office.

The Twin Chimneys play structure is simple, but perfect for a pleasant afternoon outing. Located just north of the Crooked Lake Boathouse, the play area features a climber, two slides and two swings.









Go up, down and all around the Waters Edge playground. Situated in beautiful, natural surroundings, the all-new structure includes two climbers and five swings. Located in the northwest region of the River Loop Trail.
